* Festival (or fest) banners are JP’s anniversary banners with double the 3★ rate, from 3% to 6%. Previous fest units can drop in it, but you can only spark the featured student. The next one is
* Fest banners last about 4-5 days. After it ends, we get 100 free pulls on the next set of banners. They typically give 10 pulls a day and 20 on the last day. The 100 pulls accumulate; you can wait until the last day to do all 100, but they will expire if unused.
* Rates on Mika’s banner:
** 6% total for a 3★.
