* Festival (or fes) banners are JP’s anniversary banners with double the 3★ rate, from 3% to 6%. They usually only last about 4-5 days. Mika’s banner was a week in JP.
* When a fes banner ends, we get [https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/GameplayHelp_FAQs#100_free_pulls 100 free pulls] on the next set of banners (it’s a banner swap, so your recruitment points will not carry over). These 100 free pulls expire.
