* Festival (or fes) banners are JP’s anniversary banners with double the 3★ rate, from 3% to 6%. They usually(they only last a week). We also get 100 free pulls right before or after.

* Banners swap & the free pulls expire. You cannot save them for anyone else, and your recruitment points will not carry over from each swap.
