* Festival (or fes) banners are JP’s anniversary banners with double the 3★ rate, from 3% to 6%. They only last about 4-5 days
* After a fes banner, we get [https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/GameplayHelp_FAQs#100_free_pulls 100 free pulls]. (The banners rotate, so you cannot use them on the fes banner).
