Every time Binah takes damage from a penetration student, his stun gauge will rise. When the stun gauge is at max, Binah will get stunned for a few seconds and use his PurificationPurifying stormStorm move if you are on the 3rd phase. The first run of Binah was in a Urban setting and the second run of Binah was in a Urban setting. On the second run and beyond, Binah was changed so his Road'Conflagration Rageof the Ultimate way' skill will have a cooldown and can't be used multiple times in a row.
