Every time Binah takes damage from a penetration student, his stun gauge will rise. When the stun gauge is at max, Binah will get stunned for a few seconds and use his Purifying Storm move if you are on the 3rd phase. The first run of Binah was in aan Urbanoutdoors setting and the second run of Binah was in a Urban setting. On the second run and beyond, Binah was changed so his 'Conflagration of the Ultimate way' skill will have a cooldown and can't be used multiple times in a row.
