Background

Cherino is the tyrannical and childlike student council president of Red Winter.

She has an extremely strong desire for power - despite being overthrown in a revolution almost every week, Cherino somehow keeps returning to the seat of student council president.
According to Cherino, her fake moustache is a "symbol of influence" that "radiates authority".
