PHT (Phrenapates) Showdown is the 23rd event in Blue Archive and the 3rd event with the Combined Operations mode. It is directly connected to the recently released Final. Chapter 4 of the main story as well as the sequel to A-H.A Conquest. As such, it is recommended to read all the other main story volumes and prequel chapters before reading this event story.

Notes: Players can still read the story from the Main Story tab if they missed it after the event period is over. Combined Operations is the only limited-time mode in this event.

Summary

• Final. Chapter 4, Episode 01-06 will be available after maintenance. Episode 07 onward will be unlocked after completing this event.
• This event focused on the Combined Operations game-mode, so there will be no usual mechanics like quest stages, achievement missions, or exchange shops (except for buying tickets).
• The cinematic story battle will only be available after clearing Final. Chapter 4, Episode 06.
• The first day will be for preparation. Combined Operations game mode will start the next day at 11:00 a.m. JST.
• Unlike previous combined operations boss from F.SCT Battle Operation, this raid will only have 3 difficulty: Hardcore, Extreme, and Insane.

Additional new separate content/updates alongside the Event:

• Mystery ??? Event will be held. The event in question is Restoration Project: D.U. Shiratori Ward.
• New Furniture Interaction for Koyuki.

Combined Operations

Combined Operations

Combined Operations (also commonly referred to as World Raid) is a game mode that pitches all players against server-wide raid bosses with large HP pools. Any damage dealt during the fight is applied to the Combined Operation Boss, once the HP of Combined Operation Boss drops to 0, Decisive Battle stage that does not cost a ticket for entry will occur.

• This raid has 3 levels of difficulty: Hardcore, Extreme, and Insane.
• Each attempt against the Boss on other difficulties will cost 10 tickets.
• Each attempt against the Boss on Insane difficulty will cost 20 tickets.
• Even if the Boss cannot be defeated within the time limit, it is possible to re-challenge the boss with the Boss HP still the same from previous run. 1 ticket will need to be used to enter the fight again.
• If players have not reached the maximum owned limit (40), 1 ticket will be granted every 30 minutes.
• Players can spend pyroxene to purchase tickets up to 60 times per day. Each ticket costing 5 / 10 / 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 pyroxene with the price increasing every 10 tickets purchased. 
• There are no 1-hour time limit to challenge the boss and no sweep mechanic unlike regular Raids.
• All 3 difficulties have separately tracked states and will not be reset until the Boss of that difficulty is defeated, so should you challenge the boss on other difficulties while still mid-run, you will still be able to resume fight at the old difficulty later.
• Tickets will be not be refunded if you forfeit mid-battle.
• It is possible to use the same students to challenge the Boss again.
• Friend/Club Assist function is available, and all difficulties allow for the use of 3 rental students per run. Any given unit can only be rented once per day; assist records are cleared during the daily server reset.

In this Combined Operation, each student's ATK, HP, and HEALING stats will increase in proportion to their bond level. Each bond level is a +2% increase. (Up to +200% increase at bond level 100)

If players defeat the boss, they will be able to obtain various rewards such as students' training materials (BDs, Tech Notes, Reports, etc.) and various students' Eleph at a certain probability rate.

Decisive Battle

Any damage dealt during the fight is applied to the Combined Operation Boss, once the HP of Combined Operation Boss drops to 0, Decisive Battle stage that does not cost a ticket for entry will occur.

Players can get items such as Pyroxene, Secret Tech Notes, and 10-Recruitment Ticket as clear rewards for the Decisive Battle.

Notes: If a Decisive Battle event occurs, the story will not progress until it is cleared.

Boss

• There are 3 difficulties: Hardcore, Extreme, and Insane.
• Each bond level is a 2% increase to ATK, HP, and HEALING stats. (Up to a 200% increase at bond level 100)
• All difficulties allow for the use of 3 rental students per run.
• Tech Notes, BDs, and OOPArts item drop are completely random.

In this event, the world raid boss fight is divided into two phases.

• Phase 1: Players will be able to challenge Shiroko (Terror) in Hardcore, Extreme, and Insane difficulty.
  • Periodically, Phrenapates will use skills in cooperation with Shiroko (Terror). Use CC skill on Phrenapates when the CC bar appears to prevent it from activating.
  • The battle terrain will also change to Outdoor and Urban after 1 and 2 minutes, respectively.
  • After Shiroko's (Terror) HP drops to 0, the battle will change into a DPS race. Deal damage to fill up your gauge to win the battle. If the enemies fill up their gauge first or the time runs out, the battle will fail.
• Phase 2: This phase will begin when players have completed the Decisive Battle in Phase 1 and clear Final. Chapter 4 Episode 06. This phase will be a cinematic story battle against Phrenapates.

The Server-wide HP is different between the server version.
