Strategy
Bossing team top, clearing team bottom.
Use teleporter with both of your teams
Activate (3) with clearing team and move to the right with your bossing team
Use the teleporter again with your clearing team and move one spot below using your bossing team
Use your clearing team to move in front of the boss, swap places with your bossing team then kill it for a 4-turn clear.
