Details
This event has a very unique way of progression compared to past events.
Simply put, the story progresses to the end by going back and forth between Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol and Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo scenarios.
Initially, you can only select Stage 1 of the Story, as well as Quest and Challenge. These are the Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol event stages. After a certain amount of AP has been spent in these stages, a raid event will occur, and the phase will switch to the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo scenario. By clearing the Wakamo event stages, the story event will occur, and the Patrol event stage will become available again. The general flow of this event is to spend AP on the Patrol scenario stages, clear Wakamo scenario stage, and repeat this process to read Wakamo's event story.
Stage 2 of the story requires you to finish reading "Decisive Battle (2)", which in turn will only appear after you clear Wakamo event stage enough times and advance through the story. This stage is the epilogue of the cleared Wakamo's event scenario, so you have to go through it first.
The Event Points obtained from the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo event stage will not be included in the "Event Point Accumulation Reward" during the event period, but are added to the "Event Points for Shop Exchange".
After the event period is over, the points obtained from the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo event stage will now be included in the "Event Point Accumulation Reward".
Mechanics

If the event is changed to Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo, you will not be able to return to the Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol event stage until you have used all the Wakamo's Arrest Warrants in your possession or wait until Wakamo escape 1 hour after the raid event started.
The character bonus effects will not apply to Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo event stage, so use your best team to complete it.
The special mechanics of this event. Every time you consume a certain amount of AP in Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol event stage, you will get one Wakamo's Arrest Warrant for each AP threshold. Raid event will occur when the total amount of AP spent passes 20/50/100/180/300/540/780/1020, up to 8 times a day. However, if you consume a large amount of AP in a batch via Sweeping, the number of times the raid event will occur on the same day will be less than 8 times.
For example, if you spend 300 AP to sweep any Patrol event stage, the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo raid event will occur and you will receive 5 Wakamo's Arrest Warrants, the remaining 3 raid events will occur as more stamina is spent.
For Quest 1 to 7, credits increase are the only changed reward, and only Quest 8 will reward more reports in addition to the credits earned.

There are several special gimmicks in this challenge stage.
Plasma Field Generator (Appears in stage 1 and 5) A blue device that does not move from its location. While it is alive, it greatly increase the defense of enemies within a certain range. Therefore, if you want to wipe out enemies with range attacks such as Hibiki's, you must destroy the device first or you will not be able to reduce their health at all.
Restoration Material Storage Device (Appears in stage 3 and 5) A green device that does not move from its spot. It doesn't do anything while it's alive, but when it's destroyed, it creates a field with a certain range that recover HP for a certain period of time. The problem with this is that it heals regardless of enemy or ally, so unlike the Plasma Field Generator, you have to try to avoid getting the device caught in your attack range as much as possible to avoid destroying it first. However, this has the advantage of eliminating the need for allies to heal, so if you want to reduce the number seconds it takes to clear the stage, you might want to use it to your advantage.
There is also an enemy unit with a somewhat unusual characteristic, though it's not so much as a special gimmick.
Students of the Valkyrie Police Academy (AR) At first glance, they look like an ordinary enemy, but their skills will spawn 4 drones around allies. The problem with this is that your allies' attacks will be directed at the drones, and while it's already hard to destroy due to the above gimmick, the shaving enemy health by normal attacks is also taken by the drones. After the Plasma Field Generator, this is probably the second enemy you should be prioritize defeating.

A large amount of chocolate bars that Akari bought to prepare for the chocolate eating competition. A normal person would get full just by looking at it.
Akane's homemade chocolates. It looks like a mere gift from a student to a teacher with nothing special about it..., but it can't hide her excellent skills as a maid.
