This event has a very unique way of progression compared to past events. Simply put, the story progresses to the end by going back and forth between Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol and Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo scenarios.
Initially, you can only select Stage 1 of the Story, as well as Quest and Challenge. These are the Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol event stages. After a certain amount of AP has been spent in these stages, a raid event will occur, and the phase will switch to the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo scenario. By clearing the Wakamo event stages, the story event will occur, and the Patrol event stage will become available again. The general flow of this event is to spend AP on the Patrol scenario stages, clear Wakamo scenario stage, and repeat this process to read Wakamo's event story.
Stage 2 of the story requires you to finish reading "Decisive Battle (2)", which in turn will only appear after you clear Wakamo event stage enough times and advance through the story. This stage is the epilogue of the cleared Wakamo's event scenario, so you have to go through it first.
Notes: In the JP server, Event Points obtained from the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo event stage were not included in the Event Points Milestone Rewards during the event period, but are added to the Event Points for Shop Exchange. After the event period is over, the points obtained from the Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo event stage is now included in the Event Points Milestone Rewards. This seems to have been fixed in the Global server.
tldr; There is no need to maximize AP usage on the threshold; simply spend them as usual.
In this event, if you consume a certain amount of AP in Happy Schale ♡ Valentine patrol event stage, Wakamo's raid event Silence and feast of Kosaka Wakamo will occur. When the event is changed, you will get an event-specific item Wakamo's Arrest Warrant. If you use this item to intercept and arrest Wakamo, you will receive an event-exclusive item as well as other rewards such as the Character Eleph fragment of Fubuki.
In this event, you can schedule a Meetup to your students by using Valentine's Day invitation bought from the exchange shop. By using this, you will be able to view a special Valentine's story and obtain rewards. You can only meetup with students that you already own. Beside your students, you can also meetup with 4 special characters: Arona, Rin, Momoka, and Sora.
For students that have an alternative version, they are considered to be the same students. (i.e. Selecting Azusa or Azusa (Swimsuit) will result in Azusa's Valentine story.)
There is a total of 70 characters (including Chihiro and Sena) that you can hang out with during this event period. 66 of them are students and the other 4 are special characters.

Image | Name | Description | Received from |
---|---|---|---|
A Bite of Rest For You | Homemade chocolates made with ingredients carefully selected by Ako. At first glance, it's such a perfect item that you wouldn't believe it to be homemade, and its taste and size, which are easy to eat even at work, are a sign of Ako's skill and care. | ||
A Book's Friend | Chocolate with a special coating that keeps your hands clean. It is very popular among avid readers, including Shimiko. | ||
A Good Night's Sleep Chocolate and Bedding Essentials Set | A set of good night's sleep goods that Tsubaki prepared for the always overworked Sensei. Whenever you want a pillow that will help you sleep better, call Tsubaki. If you buy it normally, the total cost is 3,980 yen. | ||
Adult's Rum Bonbon | Richly scented chocolate bonbon with rum filling. Students are a bit too young to enjoy such things. And that goes for Shun too, of course. | ||
Almond·Crimson | Almond chocolate left by Tsurugi. It was tied with a pretty red ribbon, probably not the ribbon that the store had given her. | ||
Angel Chocolate | Angel 24's store-brand chocolate. The last one of a large order that Sora placed by mistake. | ||
Arona's Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies | The chocolate gingerbread cookies that Arona worked so hard to make. The figures of the Sensei and Arona are reproduced in a cute way. | ||
Bandage Chocolate | Food that Sena made while she was on duty. She had no wrapping paper and used bandages instead, but it is guaranteed to be safe for human consumption, and even if you collapse, Sena will surely take care of you. | ||
Be·With·You | Homemade chocolate made by Serina. The sweet taste of the chocolates makes you feel relaxed. | ||
Cacao 99.99% | The chocolate that was prepared by Haruka for Sensei. If you look at the number 99.99 and think 'that looks awesome,' you might be a good candidate for Handyman 68. | ||
Cacao Bean | Nodoka, who wanted to give chocolate to Sensei, finally got her hands on some cacao bean. It is not sweet, but gives a nice flavor when processed and brewed into a hot drink. | ||
Can Hot Cocoa | A can of chocolate drink sold mainly from vending machines. The sweetness of this drink has soothed Chihiro many times late at night. | ||
Cassiopeia's Fist: The Great Upalupa's Tale | A chocolate toy that Momoi won from a crane game machine. It includes a toy of the mascot character from the popular fighting game 'Cassiopeia's Fist: The Greate Upalula's Tale'. There are seven types in all. | ||
Cheryonka | Red Winter Federal Academy's special milk chocolate, produced by Red Winter's School Lunch Club. Something that Cherino had already tasted a bite of. | ||
Chocolate Dango | Chocolate flavored dango sold at Japanese sweets shop. An unexpected combination, but it was delicious enough to satisfy Junko's taste buds. | ||
Chocolate Haniwa | The haniwa-shaped chocolate that Hanako prepared. Regardless of how you turn it, it feels like your line of sight would always meet its gaze. | ||
Chocolate Omurice | Omurice that was prepared by Karin for Valentine's Day. Instead of ketchup, a chocolate heart is drawn on the rice, and the omelette's original flavor and the sweetness of the chocolate come together in harmony. | ||
Chocolate Print: Dragon | A print of a dragon pattern made of chocolate that Neru brought from somewhere. Neru thinks that since it looks so strong, it must taste amazing too. | ||
Chocolate Screws | A screw-shaped chocolate wrapped in silver paper. The shape is so perfect that even Utaha can't recognize it at a glance, but it can't be used as a tool. | ||
Chocolate Shell Mk.2 | A chocolate cannonball developed by Hibiki for the Valentine's Day event. It was too powerful to be used in the event. | ||
Chocolate Value Pack | Mini-chocolate value pack that is available at the Federal Student Council. Rin sometimes eats them during work. | Rin |
|
Chocolate filled with Wakamo's Love | A chocolate made by Wakamo with a lot of thought and passion. However, it is not clear if it's really just love that's put into it. | ||
Chocolate handcuffs | Chocolate in the shape of handcuffs. Kirino's idea of actually using them as handcuffs was unexpected even for the manufacturer. | ||
Chocolate over Words | The chocolate that is believed to have been homemade by Natsu. The design is kept laconic in stark contrast to Natsu's eloquent words, and that is why it is so beautiful. | ||
Chocolate-flavored Spray | A spray can that sprays chocolate instead of paint. According to Maki, it can be used to sweeten the world. | ||
D Ration | Military chocolate made from a mixture of oats and cocoa powder. Mashiro is not afraid of the overwhelming calorie content when it comes to justice. | ||
Death·Love | A gift you get as a bonus when you buy the limited edition Valentine's Day single from Kayoko's favorite music group, Black Death Poison. It may look like this, but the taste is soft and sweet. | ||
Desert Rose | Rose patterned chocolates sold in front of the train station in Abydos. These chocolates are based on the motif of desert roses and are popular as gifts. | ||
Elixir of Immortality (Failed) | A new elixir created by Saya based on chocolate. The taste and effects are the same as those of conventional chocolate, so it may as well just be a chocolate. | ||
Fortune Chocolate (Homemade) | The chocolates that was prepared by Chinatsu. The message inside will always be the same, that might as well be fate itself. | ||
Four-Character Idiom Chocolate Fortune Cookies | A chocolate candy that contains a variety of four-character idioms. Chise's favorite part is that there are sometimes strange words mixed in with the serious four-character idioms. | ||
Friend of the Sea | A chocolate whale set sold at the Maritime Museum. Hoshino likes the huge size of whales, but this one is the size of the palm of her hand. | ||
Happy Hot Chocolate | Warm hot chocolate made by Hanae. Taking one sip will relieve your tiredness and make you feel happy at the same time. | ||
Hell's Russian Roulette | A russian roulette chocolates for pranking that might make you see hell if you eat the wrong one. Mutsuki has a large number of such products stored in her bookmarks. | ||
Hero's Chocolate (Item) | A limited-time item that Yuzu gave to you as a gift in-game. When used, it restores the character's strength and the player's heart. | ||
Hina's Homemade Chocolate | Hina's homemade chocolate. May not look like much, but the effort it took is more precious than anything else. | ||
Holy・Chocolate | The chocolates that Mari gave as a gift. It was a popular souvenir among the Sisterhood, and may have been intended for display rather than for eating. | ||
Homemade Chocolate 'Snaily' | This is a chocolate that Arisu made by hand, based on the 'Snaily' monster in the game. If you look at it from afar, it might look like a snail. | ||
Improved Cheryonka | An improved version of Cheryonka with a cute illustration drawn by Tomoe. The taste is almost the same as the traditional Cheryonka. | ||
Juri's Homemade Chocolate | Homemade chocolate that Juri did her best to make. Even if you eat it, you will not taste anything. Maybe it's okay not to know. Because the sincerity of her message was conveyed either way. | ||
Little·Bullet | A chocolate in the shape of a sniper rifle bullet given by Hasumi. It's small, but its sweetness hits right to the heart. | ||
Lots of chocolate bars | A large amount of chocolate bars that Akari bought to prepare for the chocolate eating competition. A normal person would get full just by looking at it. | ||
Lovely·Crossline | The famous chocolate brought by Koharu. It is an assortment of white and dark chocolate, with a very attractive black cross pattern. | ||
