Kikyou is a member of the Hyakkiyako Academy and the operational staff member of the Hyakkaryouran Dispute Mediation Committee. She deeply values common sense, logic, and reason. As a staff strategist, she pursues victory, but what she values even more is the safety of her allies. Despite the ruthless impression, she is a kind and caring person.
